Tapping for Kids
Tapping for kids is a such a powerful tool to learn to manage the stress and anxiety throughout their lives. Emotional freedom technique, often referred to as Tapping, can be used by anyone to release you from emotions that make moving forward difficult. These include emotions such as fears, lack of confidence, feelling worried, upset or scared. All negative feelings can be accessed and cleared in positive ways to help you feel freer and and better able to enjoy the day with all its new experiences and challenges. It is encouraging to see many youtube videos being made now by those who are promoting the learning of this valuable life tool to the younger generation from a very early age. I bring them to your attention so that you may watch, learn, experience and feel the difference enough to understand their value. EFT or ‘tapping’ has such a deep and broad application, much as a self help tool, but in much deeper levels with the help of a qualified practitioner when necessary. For now, enjoy and explore the technique for yourself through the videos shared below. It can be done without being noticed!
At this point it is perhaps worth pointing out that tapping can be done without being noticed! The videos dont show that it is possible to touch, may be just the collar bone point, the inside of the wrist or side of the eye, and quietly tap or press gently without anyone realising, just saying the words to themselves going through the process. So, please dont let being seen doing the tapping put anyone off trying it.Kindergarten Video
Erin Muldoon Stetson is working with kindergarten children to help them learn at this at the earliest stages and of course they will find it more acceptable to use among each other.
Early School Age
The next set of three of videos, put together by the Tapping Solution Foundation, are set up to help children with the challenges of going to scholl and are worth looking at to understand how simple andpowerful this tool is. Then just have a go and note the difference between the level of feelings before and after. As a life tool, I only wish I had access to it when I was young…all those times I lacked confidence, didn’t feel I was enough, felt unable to ask questions or speak up with confidence, not to mention the later test and exam nerves!
Tapping for Older Kids
HappiMe App provide a couple of videos shared here to help older children with the pressures they can experience. All the videos are following a simiar theme, but are geared to the age group.
